Have The Royals Ever Had Any Vegetarians/Weird Diet Guys?

Just curious on this one...

Do you recall any past Royals ever being vegetarians? Or, for that matter, any Royals who were said to have weird/different/whatever diets? (I don't consider being vegetarian a weird diet, but in the macho sports context it probably would be, especially in the past...)

I can't think of anyone. But I also don't know the history of the team as well as some of you guys. When teams are good, more fluff pieces tend to be written about them, and the Royals were good for about 15 straight years back in the 1970s-1980s. Anyway...
