Yep. Yay for Fields.
Its also Betemits fault for not sucking
I guess I don't really have a problem with Kila
losing some playing time this month. As long as Dayton doesn’t go out and acquire yet another worthless, overpriced veteran to take his playing time in 2011, which will very likely be another lost year (from a contention perspective).
"Never get less than 12 hours sleep. Never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as as city. And never go near a lady who's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick with that, and everything else is cream cheese." -Coach Bobby Finstock
Another lefty on the mound
Yost is platooning Kila.
Butler, a slumping Betemit, and a high pitch count might be all that stands between Liriano and a no-hitter.

we’ve seen enough, obviously
I'm not a sabermetrician, but I do play one at FanGraphs and Beyond the Box Score.

No Kila (sad face)
But seeing Pena’s name, and thinking “Oh, hey, they’re playing BPJ today” and then thinking “Oh, wait, the HAVE to play him almost all the time now!” leads to one less thing to complain about (happy face).

I will be at the game
It is 60 something degrees with an overnight low in the 40’s. I think I wouldnt mind that as much if I could see anyone but Banny pitch against Liriano. Hopefully we get the W anyways.
as windy as it is today some weird stuff could happen
22 mph steady still and gusting up over 30mph.
Fan Man Still
K’s a lot against LHP (thus the nickname), but he OPSes around .930.
I used to be an A's fan until they left town and got good.
I suppose
we should be thankful they didn’t throw Dyson and Spork out there to have an all-RH OF…
