Ryan Freel's Cindarella story came to an end but there were still some fireworks in the Sweet Sixteen.   Rick Ankiel's one-year contract defeated the DeJesus-Mazzaro trade and the Howell-Gathright trade beat the Yasuhiko Yabuta signing in a real barn burner.  The John Buck non-tender put up a good fight, but eventually succumbed to Kyle Farnsworth's two-year deal.

Now we'll see if Juggernauts like Jose Guillen, Jason Kendall and the Yuni trade can be beaten.
