(OT) My Latest MRI

Impression: 1. No full thickness or high-grade partial thickness tearing of the rotator cuff. 2. Mild fraying of the bursal surface of the distal supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons with associated degenerative changes of the acromioclavicular joint; possible subacromial impingement. 3. Mucoid degeneration with nondisplaced tear involving the superior glenoid labrum. 4. Partial disruption of the inferior glenohumeral ligament involving the posterior limb. My doctor prescribed rest, but that is not entirely practical for me. Are there simpler terms for these conditions? If I need surgery, I need to do it before my job goes away, which is very possible.Help Me Understand What This Means
