I can't imagine the Royals would complete one of these oft-mentioned trades on Christmas Eve, but you never know. For the baseball community, this time of year is very important, a chance to hunt a few more times, purchase more necklaces and wrist things, think about new arm and neck tattoo designs, and prank call Ken Rosenthal.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays and upcoming Happy New Year to everyone. Thanks for all your comments and feedback and arguments all year. Thanks for making the site fun.

One of the best things about changing out the calendars is you know spring training isn’t far away. As I sit here watching the Chiefs and Raiders trying to hand each other the game, which neither team appears to desire, I can’t wait for the hot stove homestretch.
Thank you all for teaching me new things about the game of baseball, exposing me to new music, and providing an outlet for creativity and general diversion from the grind. Cheers, Royals Review!

To this day the only Royals thing I've ever owned with a name on it
(not counting a post retirement T-Shirt Tuesday George Brett shirt) is a shersey with Greinke on the back… Now I only use it to paint in.
