FanPosts: The Top 15 of 2011

To Newcomers,

Hail and glad tidings! Welcome to Royals Review. I'm glad you have come here. There are many exciting things for you to read and to learn while you are here. For instance, did you know that no one should like the Betancourt signing? Or that Jason Kendall was a bigger waste of money than Farnsworth and Cruz put together? It's true! Also, can you believe that Cardinals fans are awful people? My, my, my, you certainly do have a lot to learn. Well, why don't you sit down, stand up, go to the kitchen, grab a drink, perhaps a snack, realize you're out of chips, go to the store, come home, forget what you were doing in the first place, remember a day later, sit back down, and take a look at some of the content that is available to you at no charge!* Free!**

*Charges will be levied in the form of accusations, belittlement of your ideas, and general disregard.

**Also it may swallow a portion of your soul. But, seeing as how you are a Royals fan, and assuming you aren't just jumping over here from Arrowhead Pride or Facebook, and you are desperate enough to connect with fans such as yourself, you probably already knew that.

To Frequent Visitors,

Hail and glad tidings! It's been almost two hours since you checked the site to see if there is anything new going on: a trade, a signing, who is getting DFA'd. Has anyone responded to your FanShot yet? What about your clever witticism in the Friday Open Thread? Has it been Rec'd? Rest assured that you are perhaps the most well-informed Royals fan in your house/office. But did you know that you*, yes, you** are responsible for some of the best content that appears on this site? It's true! And as much as that greedy, glory-stealing Freneau would have you believe (aside: New people, this isn't true. It is a recurring theme though. You should check it out here to catch up, although it's pretty baseless, banal, and only mildly entertaining, but it did lead to one of the links below), you are the very soul of Royals Review. So here, have a look at the spoils that you have lain upon the masses over the last year!

*not you.

Couple of quick points:

  1. If your name & photo is at the bottom of the homepage, you are excluded. This one is for the fans.
  2. With Crooow's RRCCA posts, instead of putting both the request for songs and the playlist itself, I have included just the playlist. However, both were very popular.

These are the 15 most popular FanPosts of the previous year, submitted by the poor, poor souls of the Royals Review community themselves. Enjoy!
