I have to say

this is not my video — it’s from “desertfan” on the ESPN message board. But I will continue to repost his links here.

This video was amazing

Not the fact that it’s the Royals playing the Rangers, but I just love the feel of early spring training games. The game looks much more basic than it does during the regular season. It was almost as I was watching a high school or college game, which is essentially baseball at it’s truest form.

And Todd Haley said, "Let there be wins," and there were wins;
And Todd Haley saw the wins, and it was good.

Indeed, fun to watch.

It’s probably to much to ask one of the teams to wear their way jersey, though, right?

batter nine you sucky

True

but Billy should not be getting any bright ideas about stealing bases. He could have been caught there.

Phenomenal, loved it!

How much would it cost to get one of these for every game? :)

Was that national anthem by Kenny G?

Or is that more of a flugel horn?

Alex's swing

He kept both hands on the bat in the follow through. I’m not surprised that was one of the things they changed, I know he’s tried to make that adjustment before.

2nd Base?

Was that Giavotella at second diving and making plays? Or was it Getz?

by 306008 on Feb 28, 2011 2:14 PM EST reply actions

Getz

on the first two, Giavotella on the last one, the deflection.

Go Royals!

Honestly, I don't like Jeff Francoeur at all

but he absolutely killed that pitch! I mean, that was a no-doubter. If he can do that more this year, I can see myself becoming a fan really quickly. Damn!

Hating Zack Greinke irrationally since 2010.
