At a retirement function yesterday for our boss, who put in 38 or 41 years of service (depending on who you ask), some folks from our satellite St. Louis office made the drive over for the party. One gentleman walked in with his Cardinals jacket that lists every year they have won the World Series. Immediately after he walked in the door, no exagerration, he turned around so the embroidered jacket faced the half dozen of us at the bar, threw each thumb up over his shoulders (a la The Fonz) and said "Ten World Championships, baby." My reply: "Best fans in baseball!"
