Any strong older minor league starters?

Given that the Royals starting pitching is so terrible, I am wondering if there are any non-prospect minor league starters that Dayton should be looking at and give a shot at to excel in our rotation...someone in the mold of Doug Fister. If I were the GM of the Royals, I'd really be scouring for guys like that on AAA or AA rosters. Make a low-cost trade and then try and see if we can catch lighting in a bottle.

Any candidates like that out there?
