Royals hitting since May 6th (the last 10 games) [larger chart here]. In other words, they've reverted to the mean hard. Butler isn't hitting. Gordon isn't hitting, Francoeur isn't hitting. The only people hitting since Hosmer has come up are Treanor (who is getting 2/3rds of the playing time these days), Hosmer, and Melky is kinda hitting. (EBP is Expected Bases, TB+BB+HBP/PA, FYI. AL average EBP? .444)
