Odorizzi's numbers are very comparable to the other young guys who earned promotions out of Wilmington. Why's he still in Wilmington?

I would guess he moves up by the end of July
Two reasons that come to mind why the organization might take things slower with him are (1) I think BA made a point in the offseason that his secondary pitches needed work, so the organization might want him working on them in a pitcher friendly environment and (2) besides Duffy, those other pitching prospects struggled to some degree after the promotion to AA.
