It is really not that complicated.
First of all I would install a computer in my office and get Internet access.
Then I would look for creative ways to help out the starting pitching in house, such as piggybacking starters like Soria, Duffy, Holland and Davies for example.
After that I would talk things over with my scouts and with see who might be available that would help us out with our starting pitcher problem. Also would willing to trade guys that will not create a hole in order to plug the holes in the starting pitching. This would include Billy Butler, Alex Gordon and Soria. Get pitchers with years of control and that do not cost us too much money so we can spend a lot in the draft and on international free agent signings.
Get the possible trades and put them on Royals Review so that the smartest fans in baseball can decide if that would be a good trade or not. Royals Review also works for free, so that way we don't have to buy a saber-metrics staff. It would not be as good as Royals Review anyway.
After that, just keep reading Royals Review and FanGraphs, they will tell me all the good moves to make that the scouts don't know about. Vote for me because then you will get to have significant power in how the Royals are run, and I will get free 85 baseball world series dvd's.
