I'd like to see Gregor Holland given a shot to start next year. He's been sick out of the bullpen this year. With SP a major concern with the Royals every year why not promote from within? It'd cost less than going out a signing a pitcher like they do every offseason that nobody else wants. For example, scott elarton, jeff francis, gil meche, sidney ponson, brett tomko, odalis perez, mark f*ing redman and so on and so on. Oops I forgot jose lima, who lets all admit it, fell for lima time.(RIP)
Greg Holland seems to me that he has batters baffled (lets hope he doesn't have Andrew Sisco syndrome). Out of all the bullpen possibilities he seems the most likely to be put into the starting rotation to me. Aaron Crow is good but I can only see him as a setup guy for now. Teaford-no way. T Collins- too walk prone. Blake Wood- maybe just maybe. Adcock- Rule 5 is a bitch. Jeremy Jefferess- thought they were making him into a starter but every time I check minor league stats he's pitching short relief, plus too wild. So Holland makes the best sense to me to fill the 3 spot behind Hochevar and Duffy, followed by Paulino and ?? next year.
