Hochevar's been missing plenty of bats over his last nine starts, posting 59 strikeouts over his last 61 innings, along with four wins and an acceptable 3.54 ERA. And he hasn't been picking on weak opponents, as he's faced Detroit, Boston, Tampa Bay and Toronto in that span. Perhaps the former No. 1 overall pick is finally starting to figure things out. He's currently showing positive grades on three pitches in his arsenal, his fastball, slider and cutter, and he's pushed his ground-ball rate up to 49.5 percent.

no one commenting on an article of hochevar optimism means football has arrived
or all the royals fans are wrapped up in this djokovic-federer match.

Following the whole state of Alaska is keeping me too preoccupied to form a coherent thought other than good and see, I told you so.
I used to be an A's fan until they left town and got good.

I'm glad that someone over at Yahoo! has noticed this...
…but we’ve been talking about it ever since it started happening, especially since it was announced from the start that he had been “fixed” (again). So, I’m not too surprised that most of us have nothing more to add.

I say bring both Kila and Clint up so they can sit on the bench behind Billy and Hoz

I'm glad Hoch is pitching better
especially since he is on my fantasy team. Now I will need to think about keeping him. He is cheap on my team.
