I am in the middle of refinancing my house.  Dropped from 6.75% interest to 3.5%, and from a 30 year loan to a 15 year loan.  It saves me something like 80k over the life of the loan and I'll only pay about $100 more per month for the mortgage payment.  Plus I get to skip a mortgage payment - free money!  I feel sort of like a ninja.

1.  When is a time that you've felt like a ninja?  Where you've gamed the system, taken advantage of a loophole, or something similar.

2. If you could draft any non-baseball player to play for the Royals, who would you pick?
