Gordon crushing the competition
Formula used:
Total bases = BB+1B+2*2B+3*3B+4*HR

B-R Doesn't Include
BBs in its total base calculation. Odd.
I used to be an A's fan until they left town and got good.

As I Suspected
These are career highs for everyone except for Butler. Gordon’s BBs are where he really separates from the pack. In batted ball bases, Melky is just 3 bases behind.

We need to get a Total Accidental Bases scoreboard.
so we can include all bases earned on errors, as well as HBP.
Gia, Cain, Hosmer, Moose, Escobar, Perez, Gordon, Butler, Paulino, Hoch. If you squint a little and have a beer or two, you can see playoffs if you read it right.

Frogger Leads Alex
8-7 in the HBP race. I don’t know where to find ROE stats.

Walks don't count in total bases.
In baseball statistics, total bases refers to the number of bases a player has gained with hits, i.e., the sum of his hits weighted by 1 for a single, 2 for a double, 3 for a triple and 4 for a home run. Only bases attained from hits count toward this total.
Go Royals!
