Deleted my linkshot after I saw yours
But like I said, I was surprised the Royals had 3 on the list, two Francis starts and one Chen. If pitching stuff was a duel weapon, Chen and Francis were bringing rubber chickens to a gunfight.
Francis was actually much better than his mainstream stats would leave you to believe
Since 2005: Royals win% = .4100, Chiefs win% = .4095

Small quibble, but I personally would have rather seen Francis brought back than Chen
But it’s not like either is really promising.
Me too

Coincedentally
I saw someone who looked just like that at the Tate Modern in London today and I did like a triple take.
…RoyalsRetro, was that you?
I find it shocking that Francis would have 2 games on that list.
For some reason I can only remember him kind of sucking.
I'm waiting for my wave of talent to arrive.

Depressing
The Royals lost all three that made the list
Thought the list might be a little bit more impartial
I understand the big time guys are the best but the fact that a 3-0 7/8 hit game beat some of those other games on the list, essentially because it was Lincecum v Lee is a little offsetting, but good read none the less.

Yeah, by all accounts, I would have thought the 16 inning 1-0 affair between Tampa and Boston
should have been top 3.

Or even our late inning game at Fenway this year.
Even though it was interrupted by Street Hoops.

If only Boston had won that game.. we wouldn't have had the amazing finish to the regular season.
