Baseball Getting More Boring?
However, back to the question. Have postseason games gotten more exciting lately? The chart seems to say that the games got worse from the '20s to the '60s, then bounced back to the original standard.

yes. in the sense that foxsports and mlb have me blackedout from watching KC games
so if i want to watch baseball i can only see Mets and Redsoxs games on Fox on sunday afternoons. thanks MLB for shutting out your fans!!!

But I wonder myself if there is a different affect involved here. Baseball may actually be getting more exciting and more exciting, but the entertainment surrounding it (mainly football) may have gotten even more exciting at a greater rate.
