Here's how The Outside Corner blog envisions a Royals champagne run in 2012:

At the end of the season voters were stuck deciding between Butler, Gordon and Albert Pujols for the AL MVP.

Aaron Crow’s transition from the bullpen to the rotation was a seamless one as he contributed close to 200 innings with a 3.20 ERA and close to a strikeout per inning.

and (spoiler alert)...fat Tigers aid the cause.

So, where's the parade!!??

I think this guy said he was writing 30 columns, for how each team could be the winner. Not that he was predicting a Royals win as likely.

They seem to be doing it division-by-division. Unless I missed something, they’ve already done the entire NL East and Central and the entire AL West, and in the AL Central, they haven’t done the Twins yet. AL East and NL West still to come, I imagine.
