I will be taking a week-long trip for work into what I will call "Western Kansas," as to me anything west of an imaginary Topeka-to-Wichita line is lightly-populated prairie. Stops will include Salina, Osborne, Ashland, and Greensburg. My return leg will be Greensburg-to-KC through Wichita & Emporia. I have been to Cozy Inn before in Salina, and loved it. If anyone can recommend any other local establishments, either dining or recreational, along this trip, I would greatly appreciate it.
