one year?
does it seem likely that they will try to work out a longer term contract soon, or wait a year?

Somebody posted that if Alex accepted a low salary for this year, that might indicate that he anticipates signing a long-term deal like Billy did.
Exactly, not too concerned about what he makes this year
when there could be a 80 million dollar contract coming up.

But, yeah
He has done a great job with that
As mentioned here frequently
Moore, Jin Wong (who I believe takes the lead on arbitration), and the rest of the front office have done very well on contracts with arbitration eligible players.
I am guessing that teams would always want to avoid the arb process
Just seems like this is a way to get a 1 yr deal done without a day’s worth of hearing your team talk about how crappy you are.
Stuck following the Royals since 1976.
And Moore has been able to avoid hearings, while at the same time getting very good deals for the Royals.

What's this?
Scott with a Dayton compliment? I do believe I may pass out. ;)
He's very good at some things
Some other things, not so much.
