Atlanta 14.2 FA WAR, $3.6m/FA WAR 10. Boston 22.8 FA WAR, $4.9m/FA WAR 23. Kansas City 5 FA WAR, $6.5m/FA WAR 29. Oakland 3.5 FA WAR, $6.5m/FA WAR 30. Pittsburgh 0.5 FA WAR, --/FA WAR because they lost 2.6 WAR on the draft picks they gave up and so they had a negative amount. So there's some evidence that Dayton is below average at evaluating major league free agent talent.
