Eric hosmer has got to go down to AAA. .182 Average only 17 hits in his last 100 AB's. Just looks lost. He's swinging at balls that I've never seen him swing at before. More than anybody else on the team he was supposed to Save the hopeless Royals. He started pushing and pushing and kept on failing which eventually got to his head.

He looks like someone who needs to get some confidence back in his game. I'm not concerned about him for the long term at all. But he's hurting his confidence and this team.

If the royals really have a win now approach, they bring up Robinson and let Hosmer regain his mojo for a few weeks. Clint has to be able to hit better than a .182.
