Why not take a shot at James Shields or Josh Johnson? Top of the rotation guys, signed beyond next season. Trading for them now and giving up top prospects like Cain, Odorizzi, Montgomery or others would be cheaper than signing an FA during the off season and everyone knows we can't develop a pitcher - unless tearing up their elbow counts. Make a move GMDM! Make a move! Let's move this thing forward.....finally.
