Once while in elementary school, when he was dealt three staight "Draw Two" cards playing the popular card game "Uno", he managed to collect himself enough to rally for the improbable victory. In yet another instance of his get-going nature, the young Vitiello decided a good time for his John McClane impersonation was tackling the umpire in a pivotal Chatham Valley Babe Ruth Leauge playoff game.
