I don't know if Moore is the right person to blame, but someone besides Doug Sisson is responsible for this mess. I considered addressing it to Glass, but I can't blame him for not wanting to give more of his money to a man who guaranteed $27 million to Chen, Francoeur, and Yuni this winter.
