Kelvin Herrera going forward

Kelvin Herrera, as we all know, has quietly put together a solid season so far in the bullpen, with a 1.094 WHIP so far and an acceptable 8.4 K/9. There has been some chatter about whether he could be extended to a starter. I haven't put a lot of stock into it thus far, but I did notice that ESPN.com's fantasy baseball closer chart, which lists both the incumbent closer for every team and the next three going forward, does not even list Herrera in the "top three" (Crow, Collins, and Jeffress are listed, in that order). Does somebody at ESPN know something I don't about the Royals future plans for him?
