Would you want the Royals to sign Tanaka?

I noticed this poll on ESPN, and that Missouri fans were bucking the trend in the rest of the country. Maybe it is just the Cardinals fans content with their pitching, but I was curious what the Royals Review readers thought about Tanaka. Although there is no indication the Royals are going to heavily pursue the pitcher, the holiday lull opens the door for these hypotheticals.

For reference, In 2011 at age 22 with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles of the Pacific League of Nippon Professional Baseball, Tanaka put up 9.6 K/9, 1.1 BB/9 and 226 innings. While arguably declining in dominance (from a K/BB perspective), in 2013 Tanaka managed 216 innings with 7.8 K/9 and 1.4 BB, and went 24-0 in 27 starts with a 1.27 ERA.

Suffice to say, he's a very talented 24 year old pitcher with an impressive body of professional work. With the international posting fee (the right to negotiate, refunded for all but the signing team) capped at $20 million, there are bound to be many clubs interested, but surely Tanaka is going to receive a significant contract as well.
