Opening Night OT GameThread: I've Got Nothing Better To Do Edition

It's Sunday. It's Spring Break. It's Easter (and the 5th day of Pesach). It's also the first night of real baseball; a juggernaut matchup of AL West opponents. The Texas Rangers, coming off a disappointing second place finish behind the Fightin' Athletics of Oakland, and the Houston Astros, who finished the 2012 season with the worst record in baseball and come into this season with a combined payroll less than Alex Rodriguez's healthy salary and even lower season expectations than the ailing third baseman. They are also moving to the American League so, hey.

How does their roster shake out? Well, they have Josh Fields. No, not that Josh Fields. This Josh Fields, a Rule 5 selection. Rick Ankiel is around. So is Carlos Pena, Ronny Cedeno, and Erik Bedard. Other than Bud Norris, Jason Castro, and Jose Altuve, it's basically a Major League routine.

So they'll probably win tonight. Baseball is funny that way.

Questions:

1. Who you got in the Series (and who wins it)?

2. How do the Royals end up?

3. What's your favorite Star Trek: The Next Generation epsiode? If not applicable, something else.
