If the Royals are intent on trading DDJ, I have a solution for them and the Yankees

We can trade DDJ to the NYY for Brett Gardner (CFer and SB machine), an MLB reliever, and possibly a throw in minor leaguer. Would that be fair value? I'm assuming the Yanks will make a run at Holliday in LF or Chone Figgins, as Damon is getting kind of old. DDJ can still play CF, and Melky can be a backup. Plus, I don't think the Yankees like Gardner all that much. Is this possible?

Adrian Beltre to 3rd for $5M? Kelvim Escobar as a starter for $3M on a 1 year deal after his season long injury? Move Gordon to RF, Guillen to DH, Teahen is nontendered (his arb award will be too high for his production abilities). I suppose Gordon could also go to 1B but I really dislike that because I'd like to see Butler continue to play there while Kila gets some MLB work at 1B and DH. I wonder how long until he ends up in Japan? This also assumes Jacobs is gone.

Winter ball

Does anyone know who is playing winter ball this year? I checked royals.com but they had nothing. 2 Leagues started this weekend Puerto Rico and Mexico. By checking box scores I found Pina-catching prospect and one of our AAA scrubs O'Conner playing. Thats all I got so far.

Cheap tickets to 9-22 vs. Boston

I bought 3 tickets to the Red Sox vs. Royals game on 9-22-09 when single tickets first went on sale. I get the pleasure of traveling to Arkansas for work on 9-21 and 9-22. The tickets are in section 250 AA seats 5-7. I put the tickets on stubhub for $20 a piece. The tickets have a face of $30. You can print them from home once purchased. I just thought perhaps some of you may be interested in capitalizing on my misfortune. Also if this breaks any rules feel free to take it down.
