Rangers SS Young exits early

Arlington, TX (Sports Network) - Texas Rangers shortstop Michael Young left Friday's game against the Los Angeles Angels after aggravating his fractured right ring finger during an at-bat.
Young was 2-for-2 with a run scored and a run driven in at the time of the injury. He was replaced by German Duran in the lineup.
The Rangers all-star shortstop is hitting .276 with 12 homers and 76 RBI this season.
