Your humble blogger is on the road tonight, so the site and game thread is in your hands.

RSTN Stat Fact
I'm thinking, why has LaRue started 27 games?
he just wins games, that is all he does.
tigers announcers are basically mocking larue
ahhh, lala sucks so bad it is funny to opposing announcers....
HAHAHAHA HE WALKED THE WOSRT HITTER
This is payback
Riposte!
Joey bunting
i diagree 100%
when a pitcher has gone through 7 batters, getting none of them out, it is NEVER a good idea to try and bunt people over. obviously what you have been doing so far has been working, you just let gator hit and go from there...
Man I hope Greinke is still loose
call me crazy

Did you know that the Oriole's Jeremy Guthrie is LDS? Along with our own John Buck, Brandon Duckworth, and former Royal Dane Iorg? Holy smokes!

tigers announcers are saying that
that was all paraphrasing, and now he is being pulled....
Finally Miller gets the hook...
Shame to score only 5?
by Scott McKinney on Aug 29, 2007 8:50 PM EDT up reply actions
A shame because we've had 9 baserunners
I think you're greedy
by Scott McKinney on Aug 29, 2007 8:53 PM EDT up reply actions
we need to score some more runs...
5 runs doesnt do it for me...
sabotage
Interesting
Matt Diaz: 3-4, 2 HR, 2B .355
I can't figure out how this guy keeps hitting, I know hes not in there every day but still.
by I need more Esteban on Aug 29, 2007 8:53 PM EDT reply actions
Crap, we leave them loaded.
That's big
nearly 100 comments in the 1st inning?
by loyal2theroyals on Aug 29, 2007 8:55 PM EDT reply actions
Should of been a 123 inning!
Hold on, ,Timo Perez double?
Only Sean Casey and Matt Stairs
Sean runs the bases like he is under water.
Greinke has thrown 40 pitches in two innings
and put him with
Come on Butts
What are the odds of us scoring again
Grenkie, 5 K's in two innings.
I thouoght he had Granderson K'd
Polanco has been a pain tonight
Thames? Come on Greinke
Lots of pitches
Zack at 60 pitches
It appears everybody has left, but
Wow since that lil 5 run outburst
Greinke scoreless through 4
Miner's looking lights-out
*encouraging
Larue walks for the second time
Then again...
i've been engrossed in figuring out this stupid

Double header pitching already set
by Scott McKinney on Aug 29, 2007 9:44 PM EDT up reply actions
When was that announced
by Scott McKinney on Aug 29, 2007 9:47 PM EDT up reply actions
From the Royal's homepage
"The reason for that is it gives us the ability to have two extra pitchers for the doubleheader as opposed to one," Bell said.
"How that works out, don't ask me."
The doubleheader is on Friday at Minnesota, the day before rosters can be expanded from the current 25-man limit. However, the Royals could make some between-game moves, shuffling players between the Kansas City and Omaha rosters, to fill needs for the second game."
Braun in
4 pitch walk to the nine hitter
I'm going to say that

A breath of fresh air....
Glad to see the boys toss a shutout and pick up a "W". It's been teeter-totter all year. Every time they lose two in a row, they pick up again where they left off before.
Temporarily, all is dandy with the universe!
i'd be tempted to count 14-14 as
