I know there are many John Buck fans around here, so I thought I would pass this along. John Buck will be appearing on the radio program Country Fastball this Sunday.

"This week on an all new show, Country Fastball visits with the Catcher for the Kansas City Royals John Buck. Country Fastball talks with the American League backstop about how he was basically born into a being a country fan since his parents were both fans of Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard. But John won't complain about his roots and he also claims that he and a select number of his Royal teammates are "True Country Fans" and the rest of the guys are just casual listeners.

The AL catcher is such a `hardcore' country fan that he will also battle with some of his teammates about what is played in the clubhouse, so he and his country brethren can listen to some of their favorite country tunes.
