As many of you know, I'm fine with qualitative analysis. But what in the hell does this mean? How does a ball come out of one's hand poorly? It seems to me you judge this sort of thing by balls and strikes. Sanchez threw a lot of balls, ergo the ball came out of his hand "badly"---whatever that means.
