Royals Post-Season Odds

On the cusp of the three-game sweep of the Yankees, its more than prudent to start thinking about the post-season. If the Royals play .730 ball or so it should be possible. According to BP's "Post-Season Odds Report" if you played the rest of the season  a million times, the Royals would win the division .01207 % of the time, and would make the wildcard .00937 % of the time. So basically, a two-in-a-million chance of winning the division, and a one-in-a-million chance of getting the wild card.

Nice. But I wonder how much those numbers will go up after a win tonight???
