Game 123 & 124 Open Thread- A's (68-52) at Royals (43-79)

The Royals face a tough turnaround today after a 4-game series in Chicago as they take on the A's twice at the K.

Game One is highlighted by the first appearance of Luke Hudson (5-4, 6.39 ERA) since his 8 earned runs meltdown in the first inning against the Tribe. And I haven't even mentioned the 3 unearned runs. The A's counter with Joe Blanton (13-9, 4.53 ERA).

Game Two should be a real doozy, with Jorge de la Rosa (3-3, 8.24 ERA) matched up against Esteban Loaiza.

With Hudson and de la Rosa going on the same bullpen day, the Royals could easily allow 20 runs over the course of the double-header.
