We Royals fans are getting another lesson in this B.S. right now. The company line is that we have to play the people that have been here all season, because to do otherwise might unduly influence the outcome of the pennant races. Puuleeeze!

Frankly, I don't give a hill of beans what happens between Detroit, Chicago, or Minnesota. This is completely asinine!

Our ONLY concern should be the ROYALS, and if it serves the Royals future to pitch Greinke and play Maier, Sanchez, or my dead Grandmother for that matter, then we should do it! Those other teams don't give a damn about our problems, why should we care what they think about our lineup????? This is not supposed to be some giant, happy fraternity. These teams are in COMPETITION with each other, and to me that means all decisions should be based on what's best for US, and screw everybody who doesn't like it.

Wow, that felt good to get that off my chest.
