The Epic (5.25 ERA) takes on Micah Owings (4.72 ERA) in the rubber game today in Arizona. After running his ERA to 8.00 after five starts, Meche has slowly whittled it down to 5.25, thanks to a 3.90 ERA in his last nine starts. This will be Gil's second career start in Arizona.
