All right, I will go ahead and get this started. I wish there was a perfect book to start with, but I am going to go with "Built to Win" by John Schuerholz. I have already read it, but I think it is the most relevant book for the Royals past and current situation (few Dayton Moore sightings). Looking through my copy, we will try to do 2 chapters (~50 pages) a week (the print on my copy is quite large). A that rate, we will be done in 5 weeks. I am not sure if this is too fast or not, but we will go ahead with that plan for now and work out the kinks as we go. I will post the first thread on the first 2 chapters after the first of the year (Jan 3) with some discussion questions I find.
