The over/under on Royals trades today is officially set at 0.5.
Isn't it striking that there's such a divide amongst fans about these trades? The kind of fans that have gravitated towards the internet tend to covet trades. The non-internet crowd, as far as I can tell, especially in small-markets, seem to by and large really not want players to be traded. It's not even a hardcore/casual divide, because there are hardcore fans out there that just aren't blog/message board people. Thoughts?
