Holiday open thread

When do the Royals issue the press release announcing the signing of Nelson Cruz? I'm thinking maybe 10 PM tonight. Or perhaps 8 AM tomorrow. That's how they roll.

Anyway, this is your open thread for the next couple of days. There may be a posting here or there, but we're not rolling with any kind of set schedule between now and the new year. I mean, we will be around so when the Royals send out the release they signed Kendrys Morales to a five-year deal on New Year's Eve, there will be a post. But until there's breaking news, there may not be many updates between now and next week.

My Christmas wish to you is happiness and good cheer. Great times with family and friends. And maybe the chance to catch a few innings of the FSKC Royals replay that is happening today.
