David,

Thank you for for visiting Spring Training yesterday. Regarding your memo this morning questioning why our player was running the wrong way when the ball was hit, we were working on Tagging Up. At this point in Spring Training it is always advisable to work on the fundamentals. Rest assured, we will be aggressive this year, but we can never forget the fundamentals.

Thank you for your concern, and let me know if I can answer any more questions you may have.

Sincerely,
Dayton

Dayton,

There are no excuses. I will not be embarrassed yet another year. I don't know who this Tagging guy is, but if Mr. Up doesn't even know the right way to run the bases then I demand that he be released and replaced with a player who does.

Sincerely,
David
