Other notes from camp today:

The "Eric Hosmer, Royals Outfielder" experiment continues.

Surprise! Lorenzo Cain is already hurt. He hurt his hand Sunday. Its probably not a big deal, but the team will take a closer look.

Bob Dutton handicaps the fifth spot in the rotation as favoring Luke Hochevar, with Bruce Chen and Luis Mendoza following him.

Billy Butler is not looking good thus far.

TIME TO PANIC.

Jeremy Guthrie is not a fan of the new ban on the "fake throw to third, throw to first" move.

Danny Duffy did a web chat with fans.

Luis Mendoza is ready and confident!

A video tour of the Royals spring training complex.

Fangraphs takes a look at the vetoed Zack Greinke deal to Washington. Would it have worked out better for KC?

The new Royals billboards seen around town are actually pretty cool.

I miss him already.

Former Royals outfielder Brian McRae will appear in a SyFy horror movie.
