Danny Duffy Promoted

Wade Davis is expected to miss his next start as he is out on Family Emergency Leave to deal with the death of his stepbrother. Who will make his scheduled start on Wednesday against the Twins?

Duffy appeared in fourteen games in the minors, ten of those in AAA Omaha. He had a combined 4.14 ERA in 63 innings with 77 strikeouts and 27 walks, but had a 1.89 ERA in his last seven starts with 46 strikeouts and 12 walks in 38 innings.
