The Royals have a one-night make-up game scheduled against the visiting Highlanders tonight. With just a two-game division lead over the idle Tigers and a one-game buffer between Kansas City and the active Mariners, who have the advantage over Detroit for the second wild card spot, the pressure is on the Royals to continue to win. Their margin for error is thinner than Manute Bol.
The visiting Highlanders will send their best active pitcher to the mound, the surprisingly healthy (for now) Michael Pineda. He's been worth 1.0 fWAR in just 30.2 IP. The Royals will send James Shields to the rubber to dispatch of the visiting New Yorkers.
The Highlanders' lineup will be as follows:
#Yankees lineup vs Royals: Ellsbury CF, Jeter SS, McCann C, Beltran DH, Drew 2B, Prado LF, Headley 1B, Ichiro RF, Wheeler 3B, Pineda P.

No, kids, you won't get to watch The Ham tonight.
There can be only one.
