The Kansas City Royals will hold a pep rally to motivate the team for their playoff/non-playoff appearance Tuesday in the Wild Card game against Oakland. The pep rally will be held at Kauffman Stadium at 11:30 today. Ryan Lefebvre will hold a special Q&A with GM Dayton Moore and Manager Ned Yost, as well as select Royals players and alumni. Kauffman Stadium host Danaya, Sluggerrr and the KCrew will also be on hand to entertain fans, distribute Royals prizes and more. Players will take batting practice, so it may very well be your last chance to see a Royals hitter hit the ball over the fence.
Fans are asked to enter the Truman Sports Complex via Gate 2 or the Bus Exit located near Gate 6 and will be directed to park in Lot J. Gates open at 10:45 and the event will run from 11:30 - 1:30. Select concessions will be available as well as the Team Store should anyone want to purchase new post-season gear.
