Royals/Blue Jays ALCS Game One starting lineups

Here we go.

The Royals and Blue Jays face off with the two best records in the American League. The Jays are known for their offense, but the Royals held their own, finishing sixth in runs scored. Here's how Blue Jays manager John Gibbons lines them up for Game One against right-handed pitcher Edinson Volquez:

Troy Tulowitzki is 3-for-14 with a pair of doubles. Ben Revere is hitless in eight tries. Josh Donaldson has yet to put the ball in play in three chances against Volquez, getting hit once, walking once, and striking out once.
