How are you watching the game tonight?

The Royals kick off their post-season play tonight against the Houston Astros in the American League Divisional Series. Kansas City will seek to defend their American League crown, and myself and 38,000 of my closest friends will be in attendance to watch the game. The parking lot will open at 1:30 with gates opening at 4:30 with first pitch at 6:37. Ben Zobrist's wife, Christian pop singer Julianna Zobrist, will be performing the National Anthem. If you're interested in meeting up before the game, check this thread for updates.

If you're not fortunate enough to have a ticket for today's game, there are other ways to enjoy the game.

Watch parties

The Power and Light District downtown is hosting a watch party with surprise giveaways and concerts, with the game played in the "living room" portion of the district.

Many popular sports bars around town like Kelly's in Westport, The Gran Falloon, The Well, and Tanner's will be showing the game to throngs of Royals fans.

Market 3 in the River Market area is having a watch party on the patio on Sunday.

Stuey McBrew's in Lee's Summit is having a big party on Friday.

Want to do some gaming before the big game? There's a Royals watch party at Prairie Band Casino in Mayetta, Kansas.

In Omaha, Blatt Beer and Table is having a Royals watch party, complete with Boulevard beer.

The Railyard in Lincoln will be showing the game, particularly to see local kid Alex Gordon.

There are Royals fans in San Francisco! With no Giants to watch, catch the Royals at Danny Coyle's on Haight Street.

Washington, DC Royals fans are meeting up at The Big Stick.

Where do you plan on watching the game? For those of you out of town, can you recommend any good Royals-friendly bars to meetup?
