The off-season is underway with trades and free agent signings in full swing, and the Winter Meetings right around the corner in early December. Dayton Moore is known to strike early in the off-season, but coming off a championship season he has a lot of tough decisions to make.

The Royals currently have eight free agents: Johnny Cueto, Alex Gordon, Ben Zobrist, Chris Young, Alex Rios, Ryan Madson, and Jonny Gomes.

They have eight arbitration-eligible players: Greg Holland, Lorenzo Cain, Mike Moustakas, Danny Duffy, Jarrod Dyson, Louis Coleman, Tim Collins,and Drew Butera.
