Royals Score More Runs Than Necessary Again, Win.

Ken Blaze-USA TODAY Sports

Cleveland has been experimenting with their start time, but tonight it just meant that they would lose an hour earlier. The Royals overcame the normally dominant Corey Kluber (who unlike the common meme, is actually a Cy Young winner) chasing him after 6.1 innings after allowing 10 hits. Kluber hasn't given up 10 hits since last Wednesday, but prior to that he hasn't done that since 9/27/13.

The Oppo Poppo (I'm gonna make that name stick damnit) Mike Moustakas checked in with 4 hits, and even some of the opposite field variety.

Here's a GIF of his opposite field hits over the past few years. As as viewer of the GIF, you must note that it's April 27th and he's almost tied some of the season totals.

Jason Vargas seemed to not really have it early as he labored through 5 innings, and allowed a game tying home run to traitor Mike Aviles.

Cleveland committed three errors on the night. Generally you don't want to do that, especially in close games (at one point).

Here's your game chart
